REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Please note we do not offer refunds for our downloadable games.

If your order was shipped via our Standard Shipping option, please note that refunds are not available for this method, but we will be happy to reship if there are any problems.

For orders with Tracked Standard Delivery, proof or supporting documentation will be required for any refund. We do not provide refunds for undelivered packages, please contact our customer service directly for any assistance, as we work in collaboration with La Poste.

In the event that delivery is not correctly made, we could consider re-shipping, but reimbursement will depend on La Poste procedures, and we cannot guarantee this option.

Please note that refund or exchange requests will only be accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Avoid returning your purchase to the supplier's address.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
After receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of our decision by email. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original credit card or payment method within a specified time frame.

If your refund is late, please check your bank account, contact your credit card issuer, then your bank before contacting us at hello@enigmespostales.com.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable, sale items are unfortunately not.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. For an exchange, contact us at hello@enigmespostales.com.

SHIPPING
The shipping costs for returning the item are your responsibility. These fees are non-refundable, and if a refund is granted, shipping costs will be deducted. We recommend a tracking service for items worth more than 75 euros.
