How do I download the game after purchasing?

After completing your purchase, you can download the game straight away. You'll receive an email with a download link. Simply click the link to access your game file/s, which include instructions, puzzles, and any other materials you need.

What do I need to play the game?

All you need is a colour printer and a computer/smartphone (to access the clues and code page to enter the code to see if you have solved the game) and you’re ready to go! Each game comes with clear instructions on how to set up and play.

Can I play the game more than once?

Yes, you can reprint the game files as many times as you'd like! However, since the puzzles are the same, the experience may not be as challenging after the first playthrough.

How many people can play the game?

Our games are designed to be flexible and can be enjoyed by small groups or larger gatherings. Each game description will include the recommended number of players for the best experience. If you have more players than the game advises, you could split off into teams and compete against each other!

Do I need any special equipment?

No special equipment is needed. Just print the game materials, follow the setup instructions, and you're ready to go!

Can I play the game online with friends?

You could share the PDF with others and play via video call.

How long does it take to set up?

Setting up the game only takes the time it takes to print it! The game files include detailed instructions to make the process quick and easy.

Do you provide clues for the game?

Yes! We have a dedicated page with clues for your game to help you along the way.

What happens after I solve the puzzles?

Once you've solved the puzzles, players can enter the code they have cracked onto our dedicated website to see if they have successfully completed the challenge!

Sending 'Intrigue dans les Vignes' postal game (FRANCE ONLY)

What is the shipping date?

We aim to ship all games within 1 business day of ordering. For example, if you place an order on a Tuesday, expect it to be shipped by Wednesday at the latest. However, orders placed on Saturday will be shipped on Monday.

What delivery options are available?

Sending to France via La Poste with a Lettre Verte is free . Usually, the recipient should receive the game in approximately three business days, although exact timings are out of our control.

By opting for the Lettre Verte Suivi, delivery is guaranteed in three working days, with the possibility of tracking your shipment.

With Lettre Service Plus, expect delivery in 1-2 business days with full tracking.

Can I request a specific arrival date?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date. However, upon request we can put a sticker on the envelope stating "please do not open until...". Mention this in your personalization notes during checkout, and we'll do our best to include it.

Do we have to be present to receive the game?

No, our games fit easily into a standard mailbox without requiring a signature upon receipt. This is the comfort we offer!

Can I include a message?

You can provide a written note, which will appear at the back of the letter. Leaving this field empty means that no notes will be printed.

Please avoid sending offensive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate messages. We reserve the right to refuse such content and may request a review or offer a refund.

Is my message visible to Enigmes Postales?

Yes, we reserve the right to review all posts to ensure compliance with our content guidelines.

How long is my message kept?

All messages are kept for a week after dispatch for possible sending problems and then deleted. Unfortunately, we cannot recover previously deleted messages.

Will the recipient know who the sender is?

Only if you reveal it! If your message does not mention your identity, the recipient will not know it. Due to data protection regulations, we cannot disclose the identity of the sender upon request of the recipient.

Purchasing error?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or accept returns on personalized items. See our refund policy for more details.

Error entering details?

If your order has not yet been shipped (within 1 business day), contact us at hello@enigmespostales.com with your order details for necessary changes.

Receiving Postal Enigmas

I think there's a piece missing from my game...

For the game "Intrigue in the Vines", expect an introductory letter with 19 puzzle pieces (including 7 wine bottles). If any items are missing, contact us at hello@enigmespostales.com and we will quickly resolve the issue.

My access code doesn't work - what should I do?

Make sure your code is correct; each box turns green for correct numbers and red for errors. Once all the numbers are correct, you will be taken to the congratulations page. Use the link included in the letter to check the individual puzzle answers.

Who is the sender?

If the sender does not reveal themselves to you via their message on the back of your letter, we cannot reveal this information due to data protection regulations.
